The Challenge of AI in Emerging Economy

I keep trying to tell people on a carefully fun post where I try to show fake images. Like we shouldn't believe anything we see online anymore. It's clear that you don't need a giant team for good image generation. As opposed to a foundational model which cost you a billion dollars, there are 20% teams coming up with really good stuff. This is a will within the capability of a small team of people doing stuff. And then we know that large language models can do phishing attacks at scale. The destabilization dangers are so great that I don't know which way things are going to push.
