Police announced a $33,000 reward for information leading to Johnny's whereabouts six days after he went missing. Noreen Gosh felt as though they'd kind of shrugged and said, what can you do? She told the 2014 documentary who took Johnny, so I asked the police chief, when was the FBI going to be coming? And he said, well, don't really think we need the FBI, we just really don't have a crime here. So Noreen was like, fuck this shit, and took matters into her own hands. We knew that we had to be the ones to push the investigation," she says.
