How to Listen to Movies in English
I'm interested in using very short bits of speech. And that's really making people aware and teaching them about how words and sounds change in English when we speak fast. So for that, you don't need to watch a whole movie. But it helps if you're interested in movies, because then you've got, you know, the motivation aspects. When we're working on something bigger, like an entire movie, I suppose the main thing we do is like just take our time working on it. With my students, we have a movie club and we do it over four weeks,. We take one movie and we work on it for a full month. They actually engage with it multiple times
