The Russians Cannot Be Part of the Peace Talks

No one knows truly how, I don't know how far down the road those talks went, but it had been mentioned. So supposedly their point of contact was Alan Dulles, one of the Dulles brothers who would later overthrow the government of Guatemala as CIA director. He was like the CIA or the OSS station chief of Switzerland at the time. But I think the Germans were like, okay, we will do this and we'll get rid of Hitler and we want to remain intact.
