The Future of Running

A lot of really good runners back in the old days were identified by you know 12 13 year old kids and a 600 meter or 800 meter fitness test. There are now ideas that there could be these elastomeric pants or running shorts that may give you a bit of a boost. At some point will they just say look we don't care what you take but your maximum maticard is the extra maximum testosterone levels or why? I'm not sure how much better we can do with trainingbetter pacing strategies better environmental conditions.
