Are We Really About Inventions?

Innovation comes from people who look at things from different perspectives. And so i think it's a lot about also how we structure departments, teams and so on that allows us to actually cross silos. Am stepping back and saying, you know what? Are we actually about intives wof the bigger purpose, rather than a particular product area or particular thing?
