The Welfare State and the NHS Are on the Threat
The NHS was created on the basis of people coming home from war with no medical care and begging in the street. It's such a beautiful idea of welfare state and the NHS, but you can just get rid of it in an instant. Once you've sold that property, once you've sold off those trusts, that's it. You can't get them back again. So yes, sometimes a rapid response is needed, but for real change in the way things are done, you need to take in people around you. We need to apply intelligence and understanding of conditions and why things are the way they are.
