Is There a Fear That People Are More Comfortable With Not Moving?

There's some suggestion that people who have been moved before the age of 18 are a lot more likely to move later. I think this partially comes back to economic issues, that black americans haven't had the same ability to acquire wealth in this country then white Americans do. So when you're having to fight against not just not being able to acquire the wealth to move, but also being in communities that prevent you from getting basic es,. You have to fight essentially neighborhood tax in order to make it through your day. And so if you have a very stable com we think you can turn stagnant simply because you just don't know otherwise.
