Yisun shin, a forty six year old korean naval officer knew exactly what was like early in life. He had disappointed his parents right off the bat when as a young man he'd chosen to enlist in the korean army. Yison shin was a very ethi man and believed in the concept of fairness and accountability. This did not dell with the prevailing culture of the corean military,. which was riddled with corruption, bribes, nepotism and incompetence.
