AVD vs Lottie
Lottie runs on the render thread, which is something that third party libraries don't have access to. With Lottie, you can change variables in runtime. You can make all sorts of custom modifications to your animation. Each one has its pros and it's gone. So with AVD, get it out of the box. It's for simple cases. But some of the trade-offs are that it doesn't run synchronously because it runs on therender thread.
