Nick Loeb's Second Louisiana-Based Embryo Lawsuit
The second Louisiana-based embryo lawsuit filed by Nick Loeb was again thrown out by a judge after being, and I quote, bounced to various Louisiana courts. According to the court papers, Nick was unable to prove that he ever lived in Louisiana at all. Oh, my God. The judge said Loeb testified that he did not spend one night at his Louisiana apartment. He has never voted in Louisiana.Loeb arrived in Louisiana the day before the deposition, traveling from New York. In October of that year, TMZ ran a report that claimed Nick Loeb had actually fathered a daughter. As in, this time, a human baby, not an embryos.
