The Paradox of Working Memory
Seon: It's really important to be able to focus, but you have to be focusing on the right things. And what often happens is that when we're performing skills our activities, where it's actually we've learned them to perfection, or learned them on auto pilot, it's better not to focus on all the details. So sometimes our working memory can actually get in the way.
