The Worst Uses of Estimates
Svex: Gantt charts are tied in with waterfall. And if you do waterfall, then you must use Microsoft Project. Svex: There's definitely, I at least feel like there is a negative connotation around them. A bad thing you can do is come up with an estimate at the beginning of a project, especially a longer project. No one revisits the schedule. It's treated like 10 commandments, a machiseled stone.
