Nebraska is an incredibly rural state. Even as you move out, you can run into care deserts. And it's really difficult to coordinate and reach a lot of these patients. A nonprofit called I B Black Girl has teamed up with the Black Dual Association to provide black doulas and black lactation consultants in that region.
