I struggled and I think my running at first was very, you know, sporadic. I didn't work with a coach. I had no idea how to stretch my training. And it's actually been since I've left the army that I've been able to get a lot more structure and routine and consistency. It also comes down to your nutrition and your sleep. Now, you know,.
