I've Got a Personal Worst Marathon Time, I Love That.

I got a personal worst marathon time. I love that. A personal worst by a good two hours. That's pretty cool, isn't it? Because that means that you had a great time eating flapjacks and taking in, looking up from your knees, as my dad would say. And the thing is, oh my God, it was just beautiful, beautiful scenery. But my quads did not stop hurting until yesterday. It took me, well, till this morning, really. So, so it's a good like two and a half days of recovery, no matter how much magnesium salt I took a bath. Just a lot of time on your feet.
