The Role of Metanefrin in Hypertension

The CT scan showed a left adrenal versus a retroperitoneal mass 4.6 centimeters in size that was heterogeneously enhancing, arising from the left adrenal or just as using to it. Medullary tumors are just different. They don't have a whole lot of fat and they're just bright. This is almost predominantly almost purely a norepi-normetanefrin secreting tumor. It looks like this patient almost for sure has inherited a familial syndrome which sets them up for potentially multiple lesions.
