Is Insider Participation a Relatively High Thing?
The insider participation is much higher than what you would normally see in the last few years. In some respects that almost insulates with respect to valuation from a step up into IPO. As we look into 23, those reserves to support that IPO participate is actually still going to have to be on the relatives high side. And that really you are playing it's a financing and not traditionally an exit.
