In the eyes of the law, your pets ar seen as property. You need to make sure that you have provision of what do you want to happen to them. I had talked to business owners while i was doing the research for the book and 80 % came back saying they didn't have a succession plan. Even though these are celebrities, you make the point over and over that it's not about how much money you have.
