The Importance of the Breath Work on the Healing Journey

i'm very intentional with how much attention we put on the breath work in the beginning, because i want to make sure that everyone in the room can get into a pari sympathetic state. And again, obviously surge serves major function for just like central nervous system and connecting to the breath and pelvic floor. The last few weeks of my programme, we get to really use intensity and have a whole bunch of fun. But that's because we spend those first few weeks building a recovery base. Like so many of the women that come to work with me, their body doesn't know how to recover from stress any more,. Because it's been in such a depleted state.
