How Do You Train Your Senior Moderators?

We had a running video of how to training for each of our moderators. A big notion page that i built out for them that explained here' the things to look for. And then every month we had a full moderator meet up. I would host two different meetings and two different time zones, because we had moderators all over the world. There's nothing that i have done building community that i have got in perfect right he only anyone has. If they have it, it's lucky.
