Presumption of Innocence
Retes pockabot article 22 and how it's the sole thing of preventive detention is already there in the constitution. But that's not the same as rolling back presumption of innocence, right? When you can, you can do preventive detention without holding the person guilty of a crime by default. Where does that come from? That surely doesn't come from article 22. Overtime, it is being seen as not a hard and fast rule that must be applied in every situation.
