Despite all of the so called coven tailwind of health tech adoption nothing has changed at most clinics in the country. And I see it even in my Silicon Valley Stanford practice, you know most patients actually prefer in person appointments. But there are still so many startups that seek to sort of build entirely around the existing health care system and find the incumbent infrastructure so frustrating.
