There's almost no upper limit on speed reading. What there is a limit on is how many new ideas your brain can process over time. And it works out that it's about seven seconds per idea. So if you're just reading casually, and you stumble across something on the page, that can be fun,. but you will, emotionally, value that less than if you were already looking for that lesson.
