We're fatter, but we're also hungrier. Why are we hungrier? I believe it's because of this westernized dietary pattern that is making us more hungry. How do we reverse that? We become less hungry and look for more satiety. That is how you lose weight. If you are hungry, you may lose weight in the short term, but I do not believe your weight loss will be sustainable in the long term.
