Employers Should Disclose Accommodations if They Don't Wear Them
The Autism Society Minnesota has a sheet that they produced about the advantages of disclosing when and what could happen. And especially since an autistic might have to ask for some accommodations, how exactly do they ask for those if they don't disclose? I find a fascinating analogy that you may find to be an unusual analogy or not. The employer should recognize that in a productive workplace, people will produce in different ways.
