The Importance of Youth in Leadership
Riley: For a Mormon kid meeting a prof, like, it's almost like meeting Jesus. It's like the next best of meeting Jesus. I've been like, I'm never going to wash this hand. Yeah. So that was the beginning of my youth experience was, was that, you know, Manhattan Temple Jubilee. And then quite honestly, I loved my youth experience in New Jersey, my young women's leader. David Nielsen's wife, Carly Nielsen, was my first like beehive,. You know, leader. She really interacted with us beautifully and like equals and valued our decisions.
