How Therapy Helps You Grow as a Person

I was one of those people in high school where if you told me how to go to therapy I would have thought it was weak. In college sort of feeling these things again and started to actually open my mind to therapy. The best part about therapy is saying like "oh you actually have not considered all of these things" It's just been a really cool journey to be able to go and talk to someone unbiased opinion again about what's going on in my life.
