You Know What I'm Saying

i think we should design a carbon tax where everybody pays in the carbon tax, and then the carbon tax collected and given back to people who need help bying their gas. It's its revenue neutral, net neutral for them, or maybe it helps them a little. And really, really, really rich people, you have to pay some, they have to pay lot. An its a horrible thought of them having to get out of their car, you know it? You know what i think? That's what i think.
