What's Going on in the Equity Market?
The number of public companies overall is maybe half of what it was 20 years ago. What do you think is going on? It partly reflects kind of the relative heat of the valuations in the v c market and the ipo market, which is a way of saying up until about a year ago,. The equity markets are still hot, putting aside these last four or five months. And so it's kind of opportunistic, in a way, to kind of say, well, v c market down, ipo market hot. Let's go do it.
