When you're in a place of scarcity, whether it's actual true scarcity out in your life, or it is the experience of scarcity inside of yourself, i want to distinguish between those two for a moment here. I think that when you don't know where your next meal is coming from, it's very, very challenging to be patient. And so many of those cravings, i mean, all of them, if you really want to go to bottom here, are, in many ways, an injury of satisfaction. We're not getting something that we want to be getting, and it's creating a kind of a whole inside of ourselves.
