AFFO is going to go as way FFO for or Afo as Braden says it is just adjusted funds from operation so it's symmetric widely used in the real estate space. So clearly with selling that UDC portfolio they're going to have less AFFO but they're also going to be paying less interest less debtSo I think it should remain pretty similar that's my guess but it's no it's stayed pretty pretty in line with historical levels.
