Is Infant Mortality a Colonial Policy Issue?

In 19 59, he wrote this letter to the governor asking him to do something about infant and maternal mortality. He set upan adot committee on e inmortality, whose mission was to try to understand what the causes of infant mortality a were. And they even interviewed two oon traditional midwivesa, trying to see whether their methods were responsible for eternal mortality. The conclusion of this report were somewhere that tem it was mostly the woman's responsibility if infants and women were dying shortly after a tiger. So the idea was that midwives had to be training, and also that mothers had to be trained to raise their children properly. Great ask.
