How to Sell in Process

Gene: How do you get the buy-in for people to actually understand how good it is? Gene: For me, it's been a resource problem. I was basically the only UX here on the team. So having the time to put that together at the same time as you're doing all the other work, it's a challenge. It would have saved so much time, solved so many conflicts made the whole thing more efficient if I had access to a design system or been able to put one together.
