Flynn: Since 2005, there's been a cumulative 3.7 million semidomatic pistols and rifles that have been sold by US gun manufacturers. He says those are going to countries in places like Guatemala for instance where the institutions can't track these guns when they're coming in. Flynn: What seems like a small number of weapons to Americans, it has an outsized impact in a country like Thailand or even we're seeing in Canada.
