The College Finisher, and College a Tender, Populations Are Different
The median American went to college but didn't finish it. People who attended four propit colleges are a fairly large share of student debt relative to the share of students who actually attend those college. But where they really show up m is there a much, much larger share of the people who end up defaulting. Or, in other words, you do not paying back their loads. And that's where really, prior to ther being a lot of energy for some kind of broad based forgiveness, the obama administration was really focused on measures that would either reign in those colleges and sort of crack down on their practices.
