Is There a Space-Based Radio Telescope?
We're pretty much at the limit structurally of radio dishes on earth, you know what I mean? But in space with microgravity, they could be a lot bigger. Or even just on the moon, you know, with one sixth gravity. So yeah, if that's what's required, we could be talking decades before we build it. And it could be hundreds of billions or dollars or more or trillions but damn, it would be worth it.
