The Importance of Clean Hands

By and large I'm in favour of clean hands. It may not be next to godliness but you know it's not a bad thing. Unfortunately we normally don't know what type of politicians we're electing. If the time comes and it really is a situation that calls for dirty hands then the guy will have to make up his or her mind. But it shouldn't be done in advance as it were.
