Are We Getting Better or Worse?
Every year, we all look at state-of-depth reports. And of course, the first thing that everybody jumps on when they open the report is how organizations are clustered into low, medium, high, and elite performers. How do we stack up against each other? So, how is the situation this year? Are we, as an industry, getting better or worse? I think that the industry is always changing and we see that across the multi-year research that we have. It definitely helps a lot of us practitioners around the world.
