If you ask somebody if they have a problem, it makes it about them. And so maybe that wording creates an opportunity for them to open up more. The thing that i was trying to do was come up with a few tools. Like er. If you try to unscrew a screw and it doesn't work out, you say, you know what? Maybe i'm using a philip's head screw driver and i need to use it flathead. Maybe i need to actually go to pliers. Because the thing just is to stin whatever it is you want a set of tools.
