Is There a Difference Between Cash and Debt?
When i do a discount in cash fo, i'm estimating future profits for the business. I also consider ar two things that the business has right now: One is cash onon their balance sheet and debt. Ad the logic behind including cash and debt, or including some kind of assets - it really comes down to considering only assets that are where they can be converted into cash immediately.
