JH: There's an appetite for reactionary research and there's a desire for your team to do more than that. I don't believe in your strategy based on the question alone, that it would be good to sunset one in favor of the other because then you're not solving the needs of your co-creators. The diagnosis here is that they still feel like they need that work. And often that means just doing it once and creating a really great case study for the value that it provides. JH: Take every win as you can and celebrate the wins along the way, but know that it's going to take time.
