The Biggest Mistakes People Make When They Work Virtually
What are some of the biggest mistakes that people make when they want to attempt to work virtually, whether that's full time or hybrid? I think, not not supporting it. We see a lot of that, i think, intentionally, you know, having the right support and communication tools. And frankly, it's getting people together. You know, people have really struggled in the last 18 months. Our teams are finally getting together for the first 18 times in 18 months. Just because they are virtual or don't want to be in traffic for two hours a day, does not mean they don’t want to see their colleagues in er rack with themd has that sense of connection.
