Syntax: A High Tight Flag Emerging Out of a Deep Base

We are in the early stages of a bull market here, at least a very strong rally that we've seen over the last number of weeks. Sometimes you're going to have a stock even in today's market that doesn't fully meet the letter of the law, but it meets the spirit of the law. You want to look for follow on entries and this was a very, very rare high type flag emerging out of a very deep base.
