Why Is the Dollar Stronger?
The dollar is strong because the US is raising interest rates. Inflation in just plain terms means there are more fewer dollars chasing more goods. The Federal Reserve, which controls the monetary policy and tries to keep the US economy stable has seen inflation go up a lot. Part of that is attributed to supply chain problems that were started during covid.
