Last year, Avi hyped up Black Friday's coming in the last two weeks of October. The website crashed as soon as they launched and had to shut it down. But there was a massive spike on our app because everybody rerouted. Make sure your website is prep at least two weeks before or you're not going to be able to compete with other brands.
