How to Test Your Lactate Levels

Most of the testing I do is a submax test where I'm looking for this LT one point. If you're using functional threshold or you're using critical power using these higher bands, you can set those much easier by just doing power base test. Take a baseline lactate and take some samples while you're doing your warm up. Make sure you're actually warming yourself up. Get used this progressive test to dial in thisLT one point, then get out in the field and test if it's the same in the field.
