The way we eat today is taking out all the fiber and all the things that keep the flavor out. We need to go back to eating the things that our gut microbiome immune system and hormones respond to. Those are foods that actually have fiber and those are foods that have some fermentation to them. So basically go eat more durian and kimchi. Yes. Exactly.
