The Price of Not Arresting Paul Flores

Kristen smart went missing 24 years ago. Paul Flores was still a free man at the time of her disappearance. A tip came in relayed by podcaster Chris Lambert, who lived there for 10 years. Investigators served another search warrant at Rubin, Flores's home on March 15, 2021. This time, they came equipped with cadaver dogs, a couple of archaeologists, and some ground penetrating radar. They found a very suspicious location underneath the deck, six foot by four feet deep.
