My sleeper hit on that menu is the Tofuskin wrapped cilantro Yeah, those are good They grill up. Every table at Fang Mao Has a grill going And they put little coals on there To help with smoke A lot of fun With smoked flavor Which, by the way, you smell horrible When you leave that place Good You smell bad yeah. We also got bamboo shoots Loved, all the veg was great All the bonch on and the veg were spectacular And the eggplant It was so good It was great But people don't like lamb because it's too gamey. Lamb gets gamey because their fat on a lamb Is unsaturated fat So it oxidizes
